Tip: While flash components are cool to enhance websites most search engines will by-pass pages they can't see and flash sometimes slows the download speed of web pages. Flash can hide pages from search engines so its important to use plenty of standard links on pages with alt tags as well and place enough readable text content for your page. To much flash decreases relevance of search engines but using a little bit of flash is fine.
