To test this on your computer in Microsoft Vista, click start, type in search for run, select the run program, a new window appears then simply type in cmd and hit your enter key on your keyboard and your DOS Prompt command black window will appear, then type in tracert (do one space) then weaverwebdesigns.com or select any website to determine the speed of the websites milliseconds transfer speed and the server its hosted on.
